Contact Tracing Notice of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Dolphin Gaming is collecting your contact information to
permit Public Health Authourities to carry out contact tracing.
Dolphin Gaming will keep and provide this information to
public health authourities (or as directed by public health authourities)
to identify individuals for COVID contact tracing.
Dolphin Gaming is required to collect this information and to make it
available to public health authorities pursuant to (1) Dolphin Gaming’s
re-opening plan required under AGCO Standard 1.2.1,
Registrar’s Standards for Gaming, (2) the Province of Ontario’s legislative requirements governing re-opening and Declarations of Emergency, and (3) applicable public health requirements, guidance and recommendations.
The information will be securely disposed of when it is no longer required for COVID contact tracing purposes.
